We highly recommend treating yourself to a sauna before your next massage. The heat helps your muscles and connective tissues warm-up and relax enabling our practioners to perform deeper work. Appointments are booked in one hour increments enabling you to choose a timeline that works best for your heat tolerance and schedule. We do not recommend spending more than 35-45 minutes in the sauna... Read More
