Ayurveda, a "whole" healing medicine, has been practiced for over 5000 years.
With its origins in India, the widespread use of these practices are now global. Through Ayurvedas holistic perspectives, practices, and routines we strive for balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Ayurveda see’s the world through an elemental lens (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether), and by doing so can break down all things into those elements. Once our elemental makeup has been deciphered, understanding how to interact and work with them can flow.

The intake process allows us to determine which of these elements command your makeup, thereby
identifying the life forces known as " The Doshas". These "Doshic" blueprints (which are set when you are conceived) are then used as a reference point for balance and imbalance. This knowledge allows the practitioner to form a deep understanding of the patients nature, their disease or imbalances, and how or which remedies should be applied.

Ayurveda is strictly Individual, it treats the unique person (YOU) holistically rather than symptomatically (eg. western medicine).

We highly recommend treating yourself to a sauna before your next massage. A few of the many health benefits are increased circulation, reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, as well as removing toxins from the body. We highly recommend treating yourself to a sauna before your next massage. A few of the many health benefits are increased circulation, reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, as well as removing toxins from the body. The heat also helps your muscles and connective tissues warm-up and relax enabling our practioners to perform deeper work.

Appointments are booked in one hour increments enabling you to choose a timeline that works best for your heat tolerance and schedule. We recommend spending 30-45 minutes in the sauna. Towels and shower are provided in-house.

We welcome you to join us for group meditation classes Monday and Thursday from 12:15-12:45pm. Meditation is a tried and tested life enhancer. The benefits range from reduced stress/anxiety, increased sleep quality, and an improved sense of well-being and connectedness.
